If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items. Please allow 10 days for returns to be inspected and to show on your statement.

This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.

If you wish to return your goods for a refund please email info@supersprogs.com with 'Refund Request' in the title and include your Order Confirmation number.  We'll reply with instructions for how to return your hoodie.
